DESCRIPTION:
Rainfall in Egypt is, as one would imagine, a rather rare occurrence which can be experienced in wintertime. Alexandria and Rafah on the north coast of Egypt see the most downfall but Cairo do get some showers from time to time. Due to the rarity of rain in general there is little in the way of handling the amount of water that floods the streets in some areas.
